DivaBoats

Crafted on Water

The word 'starboard' comes from the Old Norse 'stýri', as the steering oar was always on the right side.

AboutDivaBoats

The Man Behind the Boats

Gomert has been around boats his entire life. What started as childhood fascination with how things float became a career in marine engineering, and eventually an obsession with doing things differently.

After years of working in established yards — learning every technique, understanding every compromise — he realized the boats he wanted to build didn't exist yet. Not because the technology wasn't there, but because the industry had forgotten what it means to build something truly personal.

DivaBoats was born from that frustration. Every vessel that leaves the workshop carries Gomert's fingerprint — not as a brand stamp, but as evidence that a real person cared about every rivet, every joint, every curve.

What We Stand For

These aren't corporate values printed on a wall. They're promises that show up in every hull we shape.

Uncompromising Quality

We use the best materials and take the time to do things right. There are no shortcuts in boatbuilding — only choices between good and better. We always choose better.

Individual by Design

No two clients are the same. No two DivaBoats will ever be the same. Every vessel is a collaboration between builder and owner, shaped by how you intend to use the water.

Honest Engineering

We don't hide things behind panels or use materials that look good in a showroom but fail at sea. Every system is accessible, every specification is real, every detail is meant to last.

Boat building process

The Process

Building a DivaBoat is a journey, not a transaction. It starts with a conversation — what do you want from time on the water? — and evolves through sketches, 3D models, material selection, and ultimately, the build itself.

01

Consultation

We listen. You dream. Together we define the brief.

02

Design

Hand sketches evolve into detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.

03

Build

Months of careful construction, with regular updates and workshop visits.

04

Delivery

Sea trials, commissioning, and the moment she touches water.
